Nowadays, nanoparticles (NPs) are used for agricultural purposes, such as developing germination of the seeds and enhancing nutrients in soil. They also applied synthesis nanopesticides nanofertilizers. The current study was carried out to examine effect using zirconium oxide, yttrium other solutions (Gibberellin, Indol acetic acid (IAA), Naphthol (NAA) maize seeds. Before germination, weighted a dry seed, then they were soaked solution 70% alcohol, it sterile by water. After that, immersed one 14 2 hours. Next, wet seeds, transferred petri dishes 120 hours at 25°C. five days, plants taken from Petri dishes, studied, evaluated calculating percentage, rate, measuring number, length roots, shots. It is noticed that best Zirconium 100 + IAA Yttrium µg both which had significant difference (p<0.05) indicate highest percentage 100% rate 0.6. Different concentrations combinations prepared successfully treatment results compared found test considered (p<0.05). However, authors recommend examination temperature humidity on future work.

Neonatal sepsis refers to the bacterial bloodstream infections of newborn during neonatal period as usually first twenty-eight days life. The current study was done in laboratories AL-Batool Teaching Hospital for Gynecology and Pediatrics Baqubah, Diyala Governorate, including 140 blood specimens collected from neonates admitted hospital with suspected sepsis, ages both groups ranged 1 day 28 days. Out total cultured samples, 32.14% (45 140) were positive 67.86% (95 negative culture. 45 samples culture chosen control group. results showed highest isolates Coagulase Negative Staphylococcus (CoNS) 19 (42.2%), followed by aureus 11 (24.5%), Escherichia coli 4 (8.8%), Klebsiella pneumonia Acinetobacter baumannii 3 (6.7%), Group B Streptococcus (GBS), Pseudomonas aeruginosa 2 (4.5%). Ceftazidime antibiotic has resistance percentage CIP, CXM, AMP, NA, C, CD, CL among studied isolates. Biofilm formation all K. pneumonia, A.baumannii, P.aeruginosa, GBS 100% can form biofilm, while S.aureus, CoNS E.coli 6 (53.55%), 7 (36.84%), (50%) biofilm forming, respectively. These biofilm-forming exhibited high AK, AMC, TM, CTX, NE, VAN, COT, CL, CAZ, CIP.

Phytochemicals are considered as one of the most important pharmaceutical compounds used in pharmacy at all, due to their high therapeutic efficacy and few side effects compared with chemically prepared drugs. On other hand, modern techniques analysis such GC-MS made it easier know chemicals that make up materials be studied. In our study, alcoholic extracts (Punica granatum peel, Ziziphusspina-christi leaves, Eucalyptus camaldulensis leaves) were prepared, addition prepare mixtures these by mixing equal proportions two only three plant each time. The result was 3 pure mixture extracts. After that, samples analyzed device, results find out structural differences occurred after mixing. proved presence new chemical completely different from found compounds, whether terms composition or biological activity.
