Aim: To investigate the dynamics of law enforcement officers’ physical and mental health indicators in context social tension. Materials Methods: The research, which involved 74 officers (men) aged 25-35, was conducted 2021-2022. study officers, we evaluated such as Robinson index, Vital Stange test, Genchi Rufier test. health, used methods “Rapid Diagnosis Psycho-Emotional Stress”, “Mental Health Continuum – Short Form” (MHCSF-UA). Results: research revealed a significant (p ≤0.01-0.001) negative tension (COVID-19 pandemic, war, participation hostilities). article reveals low level functioning cardiovascular respiratory systems; high professional stress; satisfaction with life service; depressed emotional state. Practical recommendations for implementation corrective measures to preserve (restore) have been developed. Conclusions: It has determined that indicators, are under constant stress, exhibit certain personality changes affect their psychophysical state, mood, well-being. All this negatively affects effectiveness activities requires correction.
