However, the implementation gap affects equitable access to technology skills across various age groups. This research investigates factors influencing sustainable growth among urban users in Indonesia, focusing on ICT infrastructure, perceived security, risk, literacy. A survey of 135 young adults was conducted online, with data analysed using SPSS. Findings indicate that infrastructure literacy significantly impacted sustainability.
