This research article explores the relationship between psychological well-being and satisfaction with life among young, athletically talented students educated through individualised programs. The primary objective is to assess whether a safe educational environment, emphasising safety individual support, positively impacts general academic performance of these students. Using Ryff Keyes’ Psychological Well-Being Scale Diener’s Satisfaction Life Scale, data were collected from 188 participants—Secondary university engaged in rigorous athletic training while completing their studies Czech Republic. Key findings reveal strong correlation self-acceptance, autonomy, coping enhanced life, indicating that young athletes significantly influenced by resilience, emotional control over one’s journey. Research highlights individually tailored learning environments, which provide flexibility for access mental health contribute balanced development goals. Additionally, results suggest positive within both peers instructors, further strengthens reduces risk burnout. Implications underscore need institutions adopt holistic approaches support accommodate unique needs Recommendations include structured mentorship, scheduling, professional counselling. The presented paper investigates the impact of a one-year yoga intervention on stress regulation among top tennis players. participants in this study consist 39 players who are members VICTORIA University Sports Centre Ministry Education, Youth and Czech Republic. targeted integrated two 60-minute dynamic vinyasa sessions each practice week into their normal routines. This was designed to provide physical mental benefits athletes, focussing improved focus. Assessments were performed before after determine changes regulation, competition anxiety, accuracy service. To measure Perceived Stress Scale (PSS) Competition Anxiety Inventory for Tennis Players (CAI-T) used. player’s service evaluated quarterly. evaluation data sets showed anxiety Furthermore, paired sample t-test significant regulation.
