This study aims to examine how government fiscal and tax incentives facilitate the development application of green technologies, promoting corporate environmental responsibility improving public health hygiene. The utilizes empirical data from listed enterprises in new energy automobile industry between 2018 2023. A multiple regression model is used assess effects subsidies on technological innovation enterprise growth, controlling for various factors such as size R&D investment. analysis reveals that both have a significant positive impact technology enterprises. results also highlight regional variations, with central western regions benefiting more than those eastern regions.
