Blockchain and artificial intelligence are innovative technologies that can securely process share data across unreliable networks. Due to leakage from user information, it is critical keep the confidential completely protected because criminals looking for this information attack system or steal in banking sector. To address issue, paper suggests an Integrated Artificial (IBAI) Framework secure financial transactions. A blockchain store every customer's one place, while AI-driven algorithms speedily examine make unbiased decision. The rising technology provides a decentralized architecture enables sharing of resources different networks promoted removing centralized control resolving problems AI. When suspicious behaviour happens, alerts be triggered avert theft. Furthermore, registration protocols based on AI utilized comprehensive security. numerical results show suggested IBAI model enhances detection ratio increases accuracy up 98% compared other models.

Information and communications technologies play a vital role in achieving the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) bridging gap between developed developing countries. However, various socioeconomic factors adversely impact deployment of digital infrastructure, such as 5G networks, countries Oceania. The high-speed broadband fifth-generation cellular network (5G) will improve quality service for growing mobile users massive Internet Things (IoT). It also provide ultra-low-latency services required by smart city applications. This study investigates planning process radio access incorporating sub-6 GHz macro-remote units (MRRUs) mmWave micro-remote (mRRUs). We carefully define an optimization problem planning, considering characteristics urban macro-cells (UMa) micro-cells (UMi) with appropriate channel models link budgets. determine minimum number MRRUs mRRUs that can be installed each area while meeting coverage user traffic requirements. ensure adequate low-latency instead macro-cells. evaluates technical feasibility analysis combining terrestrial airborne networks to Oceania, special emphasis on Fiji.
