In this study, the service quality performance of 14 central airports that are members SKYTRAX in Asian continent analyzed. The data 2022 taken as basis analysis process. aim study is to evaluate included analysis. order compare performances selected airports, Criteria Importance Trough Intercriteria Correlation (CRITIC) and Technique for Order Preference by Similarity Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) methods from Multi-Criteria Decision-Making Methods (MCDM) used. obtained through SKYTRAX. While importance degrees criteria alternatives calculated CRITIC method, ranking TOPSIS method. used security screening, arrival, departure, terminal comfort, facilities, food beverage services. According findings method; it concluded most important criterion departure least comfort. results Singapore Changi Airport ranks first terms performance. Seoul Incheon Tokyo Haneda follow airport ranking. Mumbai Chhatrapati takes last place.
