Berdasarkan simpulan dari penelitian ini, dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan signifikan dalam kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa antara kelompok yang menggunakan model Mind Mapping dan Direct Instruction. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengungkapkan karena sulit dirangsang secara efektif, kedua dipilih melihat mana lebih efektif merangsang tersebut. Metode digunakan adalah quasi experiment, melibatkan populasi kelas IV di SDI Al-Abror sebanyak 80 siswa, sampel 52 siswa. Data dikumpulkan tes tertulis berupa 13 soal essay, serta dokumentasi mendapatkan data transkrip nilai Hasil analisis menunjukkan eksperimen (yang Mapping) kontrol Instruction) Hal dibuktikan t-hitung sebesar 0,000 kecil t-tabel pada α = 0,05, tidak mungkin terjadi akibat kebetulan belaka. Dengan demikian, dibandingkan Instruction berdasarkan hasil ini.
