This research aimed to assess the readiness of Indonesian pre-service science teachers by examining their perceptions impending challenges, desired competencies, and anticipated instructional methodologies in preparing for challenges Society 5.0. Using a quantitative survey methodology, 884 from 16 universities were surveyed. The instrument's validity reliability assessed utilizing Rasch model. Era society 5.0 membawa tantangan baru dalam dunia pendidikan. Menghadapi ini guru memerlukan kesiapan kompentensi yang sesuai dengan era 5.0. Penelitian bertujuan untuk memberikan gambaran mengenai profil kompetensi PAUD di Jawa Tengah menyongsong Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif jenis survei. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner online berisikan tentang 4 disesuaikan konsep dan divalidasi oleh ahli bidang PAUD. Penyebaran dilakukan enam Kabupaten Kota 270 responden. Analisis analisis K-Means Cluster. Hasil menunjukan bahwa yaitu mayoritas termasuk klaster sedang tertinggi pada Kepribadian terendah profesional. Wilayah tinggi Semarang, Pati, Klaten. Peneliti menyarankan pelatihan, dukungan, motivasi terhadap meningkatkan dimilikinya.

مستخلص البحث: يستهدف البحث الحالي تمكين الطالب المعلم من الكفايات المستدامة لمواكبة نظام التعليم الجديد2,0، وتحقيق رؤية مصر2030. وتحقيقا لذلك اتبع الباحثان منهج دراسة الحالة على عينة قصدية طلاب الإعداد التتابعي للمعلم بالدبلوم العامة بكلية الدراسات العليا للتربية- جامعة القاهرة، وذلك بالاستعانة باثنين أدوات البحوث الكيفية، وهما: أداة "التطبيقات العملية" بين عضو هيئة التدريس- الباحثان- وطلاب الدبلوم قوامها (297) الطلاب؛ وأداة "المقابلة الحرة/ غير المقننة" (54) بنظام بالكلية؛ بالإضافة إلى إحدى الكمية، وهي: "الاستبانة" (178) بالكلية، خلال العامين الأكاديميين 2021/2022م، 2022/2023م نظرا لطول الفترة الزمنية الفعلية للتطبيق، وحتى تكون ممثلة لمعظم تخصصات الطلاب وقد أسفرت نتائج عن ضعف الخلفية المعرفية لطلاب بالكفايات وممارستهم لها؛ حيث كانت الأكاديمية الاجتماعية، وتشمل: كفاية التعاون/ العمل في فرق جماعية، وكفاية التشارك المعرفي؛ والكفايات الشخصية، التعلم مدى الحياة/ المستمر، الوعي بالذات، هي الأعلى امتلاكًا/ ممارسة التتابعي؛ حين الرقمية، المعرفة رقميًا، توظيف التقنيات الرقمية؛ التفكيرية، التفكير الناقد، المنظومي، المستقبلي الإبداعي/ الاستشراف الإبداعي، الأقل الترتيب؛ مما استدعى وضع تربوية لتمكين اكتساب

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan gambaran mengenai profil kesiapan kompetensi dan strategi guru PAUD di Gugus 8 Sakura Kabupaten Mimika dalam menyongsong Era Revolusi industri 4.0 Society 5.0. Metode penelitian bersifat asosatif kausal dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Tekhnik pengumpulan data melalui kuisioner online. Penyebaran dilakukan 50 responden, analisis program komputer SPSS for windows realese versi 20 metode uji asumsi klasik regresi linear berganda. Hasil menunjukkan mempunyai pengaruh positif signifikan terhadap peningkatan kualitas Industri 4.0. Koefisien b1 adalah 0,232 bertanda artinya semakin baik nilai variabel maka akan tinggi guru. Variabel juga siginifikan era revolusi 4.0, koefisien b2 0,255 Dari diatas hipoteisis yang menunjukan bahwa Fhitung = 19,027 probabilitas sebesar 0,000 lebih kecil dari 0,05 dapat dikatakan adapengaruh antara secarabersama-sama

يستهدف البحث الحالي تقديم رؤية استشرافية لإعداد المعلم بالجامعات المصرية لمواكبة مجتمع الجيل الخامس ومواجهة تحدياته؛ ولتحقيق ذلك اتبع الباحثان منهجية مزدوجة تجمع بين: منهج استشراف المستقبل، وذلك من خلال: وضع هدف مسبق وهو "إعداد تحدياته"، ثم رسم صورة مستقبلية لهذا الهدف، تعرف ماهية (المفهوم، الفلسفة، الأهمية، الأهداف، والخصائص)، وطبيعة معلم الخامس؛ ومن التعرض لعدد النماذج التطبيقية العالمية بمجتمع والمنهج الكيفي ممثلا في استخدام أداة المقابلة مع طلاب السنة الرابعة، والدبلوم العام بمؤسسات إعداد المعلم، وأولياء أمور تلاميذ مراحل التعليم قبل الجامعي المختلفة للعام الدراسي 2021/2022م. وقد أظهرت نتائج البحث، ضعف كفاءة خريجي الإعداد التكاملي والإعداد التتابعي للمعلم مواكبة الخامس، تحدياته، وبناءً عليه تم تحدياته.
