COVID-19 pandemic has driven the world towards socio-economic emergency and psychological distress. This unprecedented but far-reaching consequence devastated service sector, particularly hospitality industry. The purpose of this study was to explore impact managing mental health as well wellbeing employees in industry manage crisis post terms depression, anxiety stress. used quantitative research methods data were collected from a sample 253 using purposing sampling technique. More emphasize given Dhaka, Chattagram Sylhet divisions due proximity properties. cross-sectional survey form designed measure whereas DASS-21 (Depression, Anxiety Stress Scale) screening instrument. multinomial logistic regression test relationship among variables. results show that 52% respondents are suffering moderate severe level 66% extremely almost 90% not stressed or have mild stress symptoms. In addition, likelihood shows had significant negative on initiative work, panic, agitated for industry, which still dominance. findings will assist researchers, top management; government understand psychology employees.
