Digital inequality is a growing concern that contributes significantly to socioeconomic disparities in education, healthcare, and economic participation. This narrative review aims explore the structural systemic dimensions of digital its implications for marginalized communities. Literature was sourced from databases including Scopus, PubMed, Google Scholar using combination targeted keywords Boolean search techniques. Articles were selected based on relevance, methodological diversity, contextual alignment. The identifies critical themes, impact unequal access educational attainment, telehealth usage, limited opportunities digitally excluded populations. Findings reveal regions with weak infrastructure low literacy consistently report lower performance, reduced health engagement, employment prospects. The COVID-19 pandemic triggered a rapid shift toward remote learning, revolutionizing family-school relationships. brought digital inequalities into sharp relief coupled with new possibilities for culturally responsive teaching (CRT). Within the context of our selected schools, families emerged as crucial partners supporting student engagement and cultural connection during virtual learning in elementary schools Canada. present qualitative case study explores how seven school staff members Eastern Canada navigated intersection between CRT, access, partnerships pandemic-driven teaching. Based on semi-structured interviews through Family-School Partnership theoretical lens, we found that family involvement was key strength CRT implementation, parents guardians served liaisons facilitating students' at home. teachers adapted their practices integration knowledge home, use multilingual tools, involving classroom practices. However, there were challenges because disparate access to technology, poor internet connections, varying literacy among members. These had disproportionate impact students from minority communities, particularly Indigenous, immigrant, low-income communities. Our findings highlight educators' innovation adaptability pedagogy but also notes an opportunity reinforce institution-level professional development support pedagogy. findings, emphasize need sustained investment infrastructure/resources, targeted teacher training, adaptive models ensuring equal practice future hybrid or environments. Introduction/Objectives: Poverty is a multidimensional phenomenon that affects various aspects of well-being across territories. This study aims to develop Synthetic Municipal Index (SMPI) for the state Querétaro, with objective assessing socioeconomic disparities among municipalities and prioritizing areas public policy intervention. Methodology: A quantitative approach deductive, non-experimental design was employed. Socioeconomic data from 16 in Querétaro were collected official sources such as INEGI CONEVAL. The SMPI constructed using Principal Component Analysis (PCA), technique applied determine weights selected indicators. validation carried out through hierarchical clustering XGBoost machine learning model, ensuring robustness accuracy index. Results: findings reveal significant poverty levels analyzed municipalities. Income food-related sub-indices emerged main determinants poverty. Este estudio tiene como propósito desarrollar Índice Sintético de Pobreza (ISPM) para el estado con fin evaluar las desigualdades socioeconómicas entre municipios y priorizar áreas intervención materia política pública. Metodología: Se adoptó enfoque cuantitativo, diseño deductivo no experimental. recopilaron datos socioeconómicos provenientes fuentes oficiales construcción ISPM se realizó mediante Análisis Componentes Principales (ACP), técnica utilizada asignar ponderaciones indicadores seleccionados. validación índice llevó cabo análisis conglomerados jerárquicos (clustering) modelo aprendizaje automático XGBoost, lo permitió asegurar su robustez precisión. New trends and practices in journalism news-making contribute to data journalism’s increasing adoption use. This study highlights examines as a significant practice among journalists the United Arab Emirates.
