Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan mendeskripsikan tentang variabel parenting stress pada orang tua anak usia dini yang bekerja di Kecamatan Lima Kaum melalui metode deskriptif kuantitatif. Metode penelitian kuantiatif merupakan digunakan data-data numerical (angka) diolah statistika. Populasi sampel dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik proposional random sampling nomogram harry king. Hasil menggambarkan bahwa kecamatan lima kaum masuk kepada kategori sedang. Orang menghabiskan waktu ditempat kerjanya juga masih dapat memaksimalkan pengasuhan bantuan lain seperti keluarga dekat maupun tempat penitipan kesempatan ada bersama selalu mengikuti tahapan perkembangan anak. Character education in Junior High Schools (SMP) is an essential element shaping students' strong personalities and noble character. However, its implementation, there are various challenges faced by teachers, particularly related to understanding, skills, support for the program. This study aims analyze how SMP teachers perceive implementation of character their schools that arise development. The research method used descriptive qualitative, with 30 as subjects study. Data collection techniques included questionnaires, interviews, documentation. collected data were analyzed descriptively presented form tables frequency distributions. results show majority 93.31%, have a positive perspective on SMP. although already good, still room improvement achieving more optimal outcomes. Kedisiplinan anak usia dini dalam mengerjakan tugas sangat penting untuk melatih kemandirian. Orang tua mempunyai peranan kehidupan perkembangan anak. Pola asuh memerlukan peran orang menanamkan kedisiplinan. Penelitian bertujuan mengetahui bagaimana berperan membentuk kedisiplinan anak, kendala apa yang dihadapi dan cara mengatasinya. Jenis penelitian pendekatan kualitatif. Pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik wawancara, observasi dokumentasi. Keabsahan triangulasi sumber metode. Cara analisis; reduksi data, penyajian penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil yaitu menjalin komunikasi baik dengan guru, mengatur, membuat jadwal belajar, menyiapkan tempat, peralatan menghindarkan benda gangguan, memberikan contoh, pujian. The study aims to describe the correlation between teacher performance, patterns of caring and parenting habituation with children discipline. method used was descriptive quantitative correlational research study. samples were 144 people from 9 (nine) kindergartens taking Proportionate Random Sampling technique for sampling a population 225 at in Kandangan Subdistrict Hulu Sungai Selatan. data analyzed descriptively path analysis. results found that (1) there is positive significant performance discipline, (2) meaningful pattern (3) an parental (4) signifying habituation, (5) poitive (6) indirect teaching discipline through (7) has been habituation.

Every child experiences development in his life according to age. The success of children achieving developmental goals is supported by several internal and external factors, including parenting style family roles functions, support from the environment outside home school so on.
