Penelitian
ini
bertujuan
untuk
menerapkan
metode
reward
dan
punishment
dalam
memperkuat
kematangan
emosional
anak
usia
dini.

dengan
melibatkan

pada
kelompok

Jenis
penelitian
menggunakan
deskriptif
kualitatif
teknik
pengumpulan
data
observasi,
wawancara
dokumentasi.
Peneliti
mengobservasi
aktivitas
perilaku
mengolah
emosionalnya
terhadap
guru
teman
sebayanya,
terkait
mendapatkan
beberapa
pertanyaan
kepada
kelas
mengenai
penerapan
punishment,
sedangkan
dokumentasi
catatan
kejadian
yang
terjadi
hasil
karya
anak,
poto,
rekaman,
video
saat
pembelajaran.
Metode
analisis
digunakan
adalah
triangulasi
teknik,
menggabungkan
reduksi
data,
penyajian
kesimpulan.
Hasil
menunjukkan
bahwa
dapat
peneliti
memberikan
sebuah
berupa
pujian,
isyarat
gerak
tubuh,
sentuhan
barang
ketika
melakukan
suatu
perbuatan
baik
atau
bagus
seperti
teguran,
peringatan,
melalukan
kegiatan
(hukuman
ringan)
tindakan
kurang
melanggar
peraturan
agar
belajar
bertanggung
jawab
atas
perbuatannya
tidak
mengulangi
kesalahannya
lagi.

kedisiplinan,
menjaga
kebersihan,
memperlihatkan
kemandirian.
