Abstract
Bark
and
ambrosia
beetles
(Coleoptera:
Curculionidae)
are
receiving
increasing
scientific
interest
because
of
the
economic
losses
that
they
can
cause
in
invaded
areas.
Nonetheless,
there
a
number
emerging
pest
species,
belonging
to
different
tribes,
for
which
invasions
have
likely
been
overlooked
past
due
their
inconspicuousness,
taxonomic
confusion
and/or
misidentification.

summer
2022,
severe
infestations
by
bark
beetle
species
tribe
Cryphalini
were
observed
on
mango
(
Mangifera
indica
L.)
Eastern
Sicily
(Italy).

available
previously.

blight
symptoms

Pinus
thunbergii
were
discovered
in
Bazhong
City,
Sichuan
Province,
China.
Fungal
isolates

needles
