The aim. To evaluate the dynamics of metabolic status, functional state liver and endothelium in patients with syndrome on background menopausal hormone therapy (MGT). Materials methods. 40 women were examined, which 25 an average age 51.2 ± 1.2 years 15 practically healthy 50.2 1.9 years. anamnesis was collected, presence vasomotor symptoms assessed, anthropometric data measured calculation body mass index, laboratory examination, including determination blood levels sex hormones, tests, parameters markers endothelial dysfunction- endothelin-1, vascular growth factor, number desquamated endotheliocytes activity Willebrand instrumental ultrasound examination assessment response to local heating Microtest device (Russia), as well Hepatic steatosis index (HSI). Results. In menopause, symptoms, complaints dysuria, dyspeptic phenomena observed, increase pressure recorded 60%, Kurlov’s ordinates 24%, 36% overweight, 64% obese 1-2 degrees. According ultrasound, verified 76% patients, HSI >36.0 all MS. Against estrogen deficiency, course menopause accompanied by insulin resistance, dyslipidemia, increased alkaline phosphatase 28% individuals dysfunction impaired physiological heating, tone, thrombogenic potential wall activation angiogenesis mechanisms. Conclusion: MGT Femoston ® 1 continuous mode reduces severity syndrome, resistance steatosis, improves characteristics endothelium, risk cardiovascular events this group.

The review examines the epidemiology and risk factors of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) for women. According to various sources, global prevalence NAFLD ranges from 20 40% adult population in world. In Russia, 37.3% polyclinic patients have NAFLD. can occur at any age has differences severity depending on ethnicity gender. Over past 10 years, there been a trend towards an increase among women, as well sharper mortality compared men. Regardless gender, prognostically significant include age, obesity, type 2 diabetes mellitus, insulin resistance, dyslipidemia. clinical course prognosis women depends reproductive stage use synthetic hormones. Premenopausal less pronounced fibrosis better life postmenopausal men article describes features period, pre- characterizes effect steatosis outcome pregnancy, perinatal condition mother fetus. Thus, are gender prevalence, factors, fibrosis, outcomes is higher men, but after menopause, this pathology especially those with metabolic disorders. Liver affect labor postpartum periods.
