As the complexity and uncertainty of global supply chains escalate, disruptions have become an increasingly common challenge in chain management. Suppliers, who serve as essential connectors for seamless movement goods materials critical to production distribution, are often at center these disruptions, highlighting their significant impact on overall stability chain. This study proposes innovative approach assessing supplier disruption risks by combining Pythagorean Fuzzy Step-wise Weight Assessment Ratio Analysis (PF-SWARA) with Technique Order Preference Similarity Ideal Solution (PF-TOPSIS). By reviewing literature consulting experts, eight key risk factors were identified. The PF-SWARA method then quantifies significance risks, while a modified PF-TOPSIS technique calculates each supplier’s score, facilitating prioritization suppliers targeted improvement. findings indicate that “natural disasters geopolitical risks,” “financial instability,” “delivery delays” emerge top three factors. Suppliers facing higher should, therefore, formulate improvement strategies target areas.

The COVID-19 pandemic has caused a surge in essential medical supplies usage, leading to notable increase waste generation. Consequently, extensive research focused on sustainable disposal methods handle used equipment safely. Given the necessity evaluate these considering qualitative and quantitative criteria, this falls within realm of multi-criteria decision-making (MCDM). This study introduces framework for selecting most suitable treatment methods, taking into account economic, technological, environmental, social aspects. Sixteen criteria were assessed using Fuzzy Preference Selection Index (F-PSI) determine optimal approach. Additionally, Compromise Ranking Alternatives from Distance Ideal Solution (F-CRADIS) method was employed nine technologies disposal. Notably, disinfection efficiency emerged as crucial criterion, with autoclaving identified preferred treatment. A practical case conducted Sivas, Turkey, validates feasibility strategies. Abstract The ambiguous information in multi-criteria decision-making (MCDM) and the vagueness of decision-makers for qualitative judgments necessitate accurate tools to overcome uncertainties generate reliable solutions. As one latest most powerful MCDM methods obtaining criteria weight, best–worst method (BWM) has been developed. Compared other methods, such as analytic hierarchy process, BWM requires fewer pairwise comparisons produces more consistent results. Consequently, main objective this study is develop an extension using spherical fuzzy sets (SFS) address problems under uncertain conditions. Hesitancy, non-membership, membership degrees are three-dimensional functions included SFS. presence three defined allows express their accurately. This article aims to introduce new aggregation operators (AOs) by assigning the positive real values known as priority degree among strict levels. To Develop complex T-spherical fuzzy (TSF) frank prioritized (CTSFFP) AOs, using t-norm (FTN) and t-conorm (FTCN) operational laws, also explain sum, product, power operations under TSF information. The set framework has a superior structure for uncertain data handling than an existing intuitionistic (FS), Pythagorean FS (PyFS), q-rung orthopair (q-ROFS), picture (PFS), spherical (SFS). Because of most generalized form IFS, PyFS, q-ROFS, PFS, SFS, it provides greater freedom decision experts information where these discussed sets fail aggregate ambiguous details. Utilizing idea degree, proposed AOs called CTSFFP weighted averaging (CTSFFPWA), ordered (CTSFFPOWA), hybrid (CTSFFPHWA), geometric (CTSFFPWG), (CTSFFPOWG), (CTSFFPHWG) operators. Some desirable properties such idempotency, monotonicity, boundedness, are discussed. show importance real-life problem multi-attribute decision-making (MADM) is solved with help developed CTSFFPWA CTSFFPWG enhance AOs' superiority, compare diagnosed theory give conclusions.
