Theprimary objective of this study is todelve into the factors potentially influencing resource utilisationefficiency at provincial level in Vietnam. We leverage 185 data points gathered from 63 Vietnamese cities or provinces, obtained two key sources: General Statistical Office Vietnam and Ministry Information Communications The collected was subjected to analysis using an empirical econometric model that incorporates time-series characteristics explore connections between these potential determinants consumption efficiency. revealed a strong correlation quality digital transformation, logistics performance, various aspects public governance,including accountability higher authorities, control corruption, administrative procedures, service delivery. Additionally, competitiveness index, encompassing like entry costs, policy bias, labourpolicy, also demonstrated significant association. These findings highlight clear link effective governance efficient utilisationin provinces.
