COVID-19 caused not only acute but also delayed neuropsychiatric disorders. A highly probable manifestation of the latter may be physical anhedonia, since this transnosological psychopathological phenomenon is associated with a violation metabolic and neuroinflammatory processes. The goal. To identify prevalence anhedonia in clinic post-COVID syndrome to assess association symptom concomitant somatic burden, severity SARS-CoV-2 infection time elapsed disease. Materials Methods . symptoms was assessed 48 psychiatric inpatients severe mental disorders depending on history COVID-19. Quantitative qualitative assessment carried out by self-reporting number simultaneously present groups chronic diseases, obesity objectively - body mass index, dysregulation vascular tone-by blood pressure variability, systemic inflammation sed rate platelet-lymphocyte ratio (PLR). Physical detected using Russian-language version Revised scale (RPAS). Results. between as component syndrome, confirmed. total general therapeutic burden most important predictor against background role tone shown development late after coronavirus infection.
