Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan memahami mengenai penerapan fektivitas metode diferensiasi dalam refleksi pembelajaran Aqidah Akhlaq di MTs Swasta IRA Medan. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif fenomenalogis dengan teknik pengumpulan data, meliputi observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi. Hasil pembahasan menyatakan bahwa Medan telah diterapkan baik. Penerapannya pun memberikan efektivitas cukup tinggi signifikan dibandingkan masih menggunakan konvensional sebelumnya. Adapun, implikasi atau dampak diharapkan melalui agar dapat inovasi baru bagi pendidik menerapkan Akhlaq, memudahkan peserta didik mengetahui, memahami, mengingat materi serta meningkatkan pengalaman belajar lebih baik berarti mereka diamalkan kehidupannya sehari-hari.

Factors Influencing Intentions of People with Hearing Impairments to Use Augmented Reality Glasses as Hearing Aids

The advent and progression of AR (augmented reality) technology, coupled with the emergence hearing aid glasses, offer a novel opportunity for people impairments (PHI). This study aims to explore intention this population employ glasses as their choice device specific factors influencing preference. utilized partial least squares SEM (PLS-SEM) analytical method create structural equation model intentions PHI use aids. Data were gathered from on-site experiences across multiple locations; total 189 valid questionnaires individuals varying degrees disabilities used statistical analysis. According data analysis results, we discovered that functionality quality, perceived interaction speed, usability significantly influence communication effectiveness. Further, effectiveness positively influences confidence societal perception, latter has positive impact on information. Both these behavioral intention. Kecemasan Karir: Konsep Diri dan Dukungan Sosial pada Mahasiswa

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara konsep diri dan dukungan sosial dengan kecemasan karir. Subjek penelitian adalah mahasiswa fakultas psikologi angkatan 2019 Universitas Ahmad Dahlan Yogyakarta. Jumlah sampel yang peneliti teliti 166 responden, teknik sampling menggunakan cluster random Metode digunakan pendekatan kuantitatif alat ukur berupa skala karir, diri, sosial. Pendekatan regresi linier berganda menganalisis data. Hasil analisis menunjukkan temuan sebagai berikut: 1) Adanya sangat signifikan karir (R = 0,597; p 0,000). 2) Terdapat negatif (r -0,568; 3) Tidak terdapat 0,140; 0,072). Berdasarkan hasil tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa secara bersama-sama memiliki korelasi namun jika dianalisis terpisah sedangkan tidak tersebut.
