Objective: This study evaluated the implementation of Performance Assessment for Islamic School Principals using CIPP approach (Context, Input, Process, Product) to assess relevance its objectives, adequacy inputs, effectiveness processes, and impact on quality education in schools. The main objective of this study is to examine the tahfidz (memorization) program Qur'an at MTs. Al Furqon Siliragung Banyuwangi which implements management functions. implementation functions into memorization curriculum a transformation madrasah in developing its education. This uses qualitative approach based on case design. research informants include head madrasah, deputy for curriculum, and homeroom teacher. Data collection through participant observation, in-depth interviews, documentation. theory Miles, Huberman, Saldana used data analysis condensation, presentation, drawing conclusions/verification. Test validity with reliability, confirmability, credibility. Furthermore, researcher checks adequacy references, member checking, triangulation, peer discussion, continuous monitoring accuracy data. Based results, there are three steps that can be taken plan implement successful Al-Qur'an program, namely: 1) setting goals discussions regular meetings, determining what materials needed, identifying educator needs. 2) building an organizational structure pays attention educator's field expertise. 3) implementing learning process follows system agreed upon by educators, using innovative strategies improve methods, namely Talqin Talaqqi, 4).
