This article aims to examine the implementation of Curriculum Management at Ma'had Al-Bittsat Addiyah Yala, an educational institution in Southern Thailand with a majority Muslim population. The research method employed is qualitative descriptive approach. findings reveal that Yala commences curriculum planning, involving formulation annual, semester, and teaching plans. school department collaborate ensure smooth execution by integrating elements from both institutional government curricula. Furthermore, control exercised through classroom monitoring, supervision teacher accommodations, student dormitory management. Ongoing evaluations, including monthly assessments, evaluations following semester examinations, assessments learning outcomes (both written oral), are utilized enhance curriculum. To support Management, several facilitating factors have been identified. These include flexibility tailor religious education needs students, specialized training aligned their fields, availability adequate facilities infrastructure. Nevertheless, challenges persist, such as students' reduced interest subjects crowded schedules. Therefore, recommendations proposed attractiveness subjects, provide further for teachers based on specializations, improve efficiency class schedule. this hold significant implications understanding management context Thailand, serving foundation future improvements.

The research aims to identify factors affecting the operational quality of district-level vocational training and continuing education (VTCE) institutions in Vietnam. project involved 196 participants including managers, teachers, staff from 62 VTCE at district levels In research, author adopted exploratory factor analysis (EFA), confirmatory analysis, linear regression factors. Findings quantitative show that Vietnam is influenced by State policies, which have biggest impact with β=0.269, followed societal perception towards (β=0.202), facility (β=0.164), entrance qualification (β=0.123) management teaching staff’s competence (β=0.102). Based on such findings, authors recommend offers proper policies (regarding finance, staffing mechanism, etc.) create a favorable ecosystem boosting strong sustainable development for institutions, contributing overall success themselves need improve their promote professional staff, allowing increased quality.
