Although the incidence of COVID-19 infection is decreasing, clinical experience gained during pandemic remains relevant. In this article, we present cases from our own practice to describe non-standard variants development COVID-19-associated skin pathology in patients different age groups and periods infectious process. The conducted analysis presented revealed following: systemic pathological processes caused by lead dermatological symptoms; strains SARS-CoV-2 can cause symptoms same patient; rashes appeared as a manifestation post-Covid syndrome may recur case reinfection; immune deviations that developed after subsequently pathomorphism diseases; vaccination against trigger relapses chronic dermatoses.
