In the oil industry, there is a gap between goals of sustainable development, implementation projects and its specific consequences. Oil are implemented in isolation from other variables, have an insufficiently targeted impact on territory often negative environment. The purpose study to improve efficiency producing companies increase their contribution development country’s economy as whole. methodology used this article based concept systemic integrated approaches, sub-potentials modeling business processes circular economy. results include methodological approach formation effective model for companies. The increased consumption of strategic metals has led to the necessity search for new and non-traditional sources mineral raw materials. All this resulted in develop justify technological solutions integrated recovery associated production high-purity carbon purpose work was substantiate possibility obtaining shungite materials metal-bearing concentrate containing valuable from rocks using high-gradient magnetic separation flotation with use an apolar collector emulsion a frother solution. conducted investigations complex analysis methods allowed us iron, titanium, copper zirconium material high purity. By separation, we obtained yield 17.35% total metal content 63.61% broken down as follows: Fe2O3 87.66%, TiO2 56.03%, CuO 72.52% ZrO2 54.42%. flotation, 31.41%, made 88.15% 88.09% sulphur 0.084%. studies showed classical beneficiation operations processing obtain commercial products.

Oil is one of the main resources used by all countries in world. The ever-growing demand for oil and products forces companies to increase production refining. In order net profit, producing are constantly upgrading equipment, improving technologies, preparing further processing. When considering elements primary refining difficult conditions, such as hard-to-reach or remote locations, developers face strict limitations energy dimensions. Therefore, use traditional systems causes a number difficulties, significantly reducing efficiency. this study, authors solve problem characteristics separation process. their work, analyzed columns distillation, identified shortcomings technological process, searched solutions. Having lack technical solutions monitoring state temperature field column, developed own hardware–software complex column (RF patents No. 2020665473, 2021662752 were received). was tested successfully implemented into production. study provides an assessment economic efficiency implementation year forecast effect 10 years.

Methods for cleaning oil-contaminated areas include the use of sorbents, effectiveness which is enhanced by immobilization hydrocarbon-oxidizing microorganisms on their surface. Biogeosorbents are obtained basis mineral raw materials (analcime- and glauconite-containing rocks thermally activated vermiculite) bacteria genera Pseudomonas Microbacterium extracted from contaminated soils Murmansk region. The number immobilized studied carriers remains high throughout 9 months storage, bacterial film surface persists 12 storage in an air-dry state. When storing biogeosorbents, no special conditions or additional preparation required before use. Mineral have a stimulating effect height seedlings length roots test plants. biogeosorbents added, capable microbiological transformation petroleum products increases, degree soil purification hydrocarbons at initial stage (during first 30 days) increases. most effective introduction vermiculite rock with bacteria. biogeosorbent based can reduce time to 20–22 months, – up 17 while without treatment this period will be least 29 months.
