Education plays a vital role in developing students' potential. With the advancement of Information and Communication Technology (ICT), innovations education have evolved, particularly creating more effective, inspiring, motivating media, methods, learning strategies. This research aims to develop media using Articulate Storyline for "Digital Circuits" material, targeting 11th-grade students Industrial Electronics Engineering program at SMK Negeri 1 Padang. The Research Development (R&D) method used 4-D development model: Define, Design, Develop, Disseminate. Validation by two material experts resulted score 91.67%, categorized as "Very Valid," while validation achieved an average 94.16%, also rated Valid." A practicality test with 15 indicated rate 87.90%, Practical." These results suggest that developed is feasible use classroom effective enhancing experiences.
