Professions such as doctors, teachers, psychologists, and social workers entail a certain risk to the psychological well-being of both professionals students due their educational professional activities. Aim. The present study aims explore factors, which contribute development resilience skills in socionomic professions, could ensure relation future Methodology research methods. theoretical foundations theory by S. Psychodiagnostic methods “Academical-Professional Hardiness”, “Subjective Well-Being Scale”, “Coping with Stress Questionnaire” (COPE) were employed. collected data processed using descriptive statistics, correlation analysis, regression confirmatory factor analysis. Research participants. sample consisted majoring pedagogy, psychology, medicine, sciences. total number participants was 282, ranging age from 18 20 years old. Results scientific novelty. results allow refining knowledge about characteristics helping professions. It has been found that main predictors among fields are academic hardiness, constructive coping styles dealing difficulties. Additionally, differentiation choice dominant strategies observed different fields. Practical significance. obtained understanding predictor students’ professions through productive styles, outlining developing implementing programmes for enhancing hardiness education (such pedagogy education, work, medicine). empirical findings this can be useful designing lessons on disciplines.
