Обнаружение «семиотического оптимума» сопряжено с решением задач семиотической диагностики: нахождением незримых причин актуальной наглядности. Эти две тактики семиотических исследований – обнаружение оптимума и диагностика визуальных эффектов действительности объединяют методологические процедуры установления корреспонденций между характеристиками информации формами знаков, динамикой взаимосвязи этих характеристик трансформацией знаков. В статье исследована возможность конструирования семиотического в студенческом конспекте качестве паллиатива обнаружения такого оптимума. Сделан вывод о том, что одним из условий эффективности лекции является подчинение ее дискурсивной структуры достижению студентов. Этот сопровожден конкретным примером, демонстрирующим взаимосвязь оригинальных предложений авторов: понятия «семиотический оптимум», позиции педагогической биоэтики, концепции диагностики методологической стратегии, основанной на трактовке информационных процессов механизмов самоорганизации.
