There remains a lack of effective and noninvasive methods for the diagnosis prognosis prediction epithelial ovarian carcinoma (EOC). Here, we investigated possibility serum-derived small extracellular vesicle (sEV) microRNAs (miRNAs) as potential biomarkers distinguishing between benign malignant adnexal masses predicting EOC patients.
