Abstract The development of information technology makes music education in colleges and universities face opportunities challenges, the digital reform has become a hotspot concern sector. This paper proposes teaching model based on SPOC platform builds personalized recommendation for resources by combining ontology modeling context awareness. Students’ interests preferences are modeled using knowledge, their similarity is expressed awareness to achieve effective recommendations resources. effectiveness transformation can be verified implementing cases SPOC. hit rate when TopN 20 2.18% higher than that KGAT model, which performs suboptimally. mean value students’ performance experimental class comprehensive composition work was 12.47, scores under dimension interaction highest at 12.51±1.19, possessed significant difference 1% level compared with control class. integration facilitate transformation, effectively innovate methods, enhance core literacy talents.

Abstract In the era of big data, rich content music curricula has brought about problem “curriculum overload.” It is crucial to improve quality education by effectively guiding learners find they are interested in among vast array course resources. this paper, we use data analytics investigate correlation between students’ learning behaviors and courses design a personalized recommendation system for students. Based on Hadoop distributed computing framework, incorporate Node2vec algorithm, combine it with machine train behavior propose method based Node2vec. Analysis shows that performance algorithm Pre@20, Recall@20, NDCG@20, MRR, AUC evaluation metrics improves 10.23%, 5.96%, 14.89%, 9.05%, 4.14% compared best eight baseline models each metric. validates effectiveness paper’s recommending content, as well its practicality. also proposes an effective implementation path enhancing courses.
