As to the problems in current tourism recommendation, this paper proposes a recommendation algorithm based on mobile ICV service platform. Firstly, system for Point of Interest (POI) searching and route is designed. Secondly, model set up from two aspects, namely POI clustering algorithm. In aspect symmetrical-based matching features, clustered POIs are matched with tourists’ interests, neighborhood dynamic locations searched. Then, interests constructed, that best match symmetrical tourists within buffer zones confirmed. Based recommended POIs, guidance constructed. The experiment verifies advantages proposed stability, traveling time cost, distance cost computational complexity. iterative sum average function values, has performance improvement at least 20.2% stability 20.5% compared randomly selected interests. routes, reduces by 19.6% other suboptimal routes.
