In today’s knowledge-driven economy, Intellectual Capital (IC) is a crucial driver of corporate success and sustainability. This study examines the impact IC—comprising Human (HC), Structural (SC), Relational (RC)—on firm performance across Taiwan’s key industries: manufacturing, technology, services. Through comprehensive literature review empirical analysis, research explores how sector-specific IC management strategies enhance financial performance, innovation, value. The findings highlight pivotal role HC in fostering SC optimizing operational efficiency, RC strengthening market positioning customer loyalty.
