This
paper
presents
data
on
the
peculiarities
of
course
and
treatment
rhythm
disturbances
in
patients
who
have
suffered
a
coronavirus
infection
cardiology
department
CHM
"KB
RZD-Medicine"
Tula.
Among
all
underwent
therapy
specialized
for
various
kinds
arrhythmias
period
from
2020
to
2022,
72%
occurred
after
COVID-19.
The
most
common
arrhythmic
consequences
are
supraventricular
ventricular
extrasystole,
paroxysmal
form
tachycardia
atrial
fibrillation.
Based
analysis
obtained
by
us,
it
was
revealed
that
complex
with
use
beta-blockers,
cardioprotectors,
sedatives,
antiarrhythmic
agents
class
I
III
has
greatest
effectiveness.

Introduction
.
The
relationship
between
systemic
amyloidosis
and
coronavirus
disease
2019
(COVID-19)
has
not
been
sufficiently
studied
to
date.
This
paper
presents
a
case
of
the
persistence
COVID-19
markers
in
an
elderly
patient
with
amyloidosis.
Brief
description
A
74-year-old
heart
failure
preserved
ejection
fraction
type
2
diabetes
was
repeatedly
hospitalized
due
decompensated
failure.
Based
on
data
protein
electrophoresis
immunotyping,
biopsy
subcutaneous
fat
bone
marrow,
echocardiographic
data,
diagnosed
AL
cardiac
involvement.
During
hospitalizations
April,
August
December
2020,
positive
polymerase
chain
reaction
test
for
SARS-CoV-2
were
obtained,
while
there
no
clinical
manifestations
infection
long
time
adequate
antibody
production.
Conclusion.
report
demonstrates
multiple
reinfection
severe
comorbid
patient,
as
unfavorable
prognostic
factor.
