Salah
satu
penyebab
utama
putus
sekolah
adalah
lemahnya
dan
hilangnya
motivasi
belajar
siswa
sehingga
mengabaikan
tugas
utamanya.
Meningkatnya
di
Indonesia
selama
lima
tahun
terakhir
memberikan
dampak
negatif
terhadap
indeks
pembangunan
manusia
perlu
pendekatan
alternatif
menyelamatkan
ancaman
masa
depannya.
Pondok
pesantren
memiliki
fungsi
sosial
pendidikan
yang
lebih
fleksibel
cenderung
mudah
bertransformasi
manfaat
secara
langsung.
Tujuan
penelitian
untuk
mengetahui
transformasi
meningkatkan
sekolah.
Penelitian
menggunakan
metode
kualitatif
dengan
studi
pustaka.
Pengambilan
data
bersumber
literature
sepuluh
terakhir.
Teknik
analisis
konten.
Hasil
menunjukkan
bahwa
pondok
sebagai
lembaga
Islam
kemandirian
peran
serta
membangun
lingkungan
masyarakat
sekitar
melalui
karakter,
keagamaan
keterampilan.
Transformasi
kualitas
keberhasiannya
formalisasi
pendidikan,
profesionalisme
kepemimpinan.
