One of the interesting problems to study in world education regarding human resources is teacher performance. A nation developed if it has quality resources. This research was conducted determine leadership Madrasah Heads Improving Teacher Performance at Aliyah Nurul Jadid. The methodology uses a qualitative approach with case type research. Data sources were obtained through observation, interviews and documentation. data analysis technique goes three stages, namely reduction, display (data presentation) conclusion drawing/verification. validity this source triangulation technical triangulation. results are 1) Leadership carried out by head madrasah, providing motivation supervision support related duties, involving teachers take part training implementing rewards punishments their employees for better 2) madrasa head's style improving performance Jadid democratic discussion or deliberation, openness, giving freedom subordinates opportunity provide critical suggestions. 3) principal's obstacles still lack facilities infrastructure, indiscipline both lesson planning attendance. Salah satu penyebab utama putus sekolah adalah lemahnya dan hilangnya motivasi belajar siswa sehingga mengabaikan tugas utamanya. Meningkatnya di Indonesia selama lima tahun terakhir memberikan dampak negatif terhadap indeks pembangunan manusia perlu pendekatan alternatif menyelamatkan ancaman masa depannya. Pondok pesantren memiliki fungsi sosial pendidikan yang lebih fleksibel cenderung mudah bertransformasi manfaat secara langsung. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui transformasi meningkatkan sekolah. Penelitian menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan studi pustaka. Pengambilan data bersumber literature sepuluh terakhir. Teknik analisis konten. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa pondok sebagai lembaga Islam kemandirian peran serta membangun lingkungan masyarakat sekitar melalui karakter, keagamaan keterampilan. This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of leadership, motivation, organizational culture on employee work discipline with commitment as an intervening variable at MAN Tulungagung, East Java, Indonesia. This research aims to find out the influence of Islamic leadership, religiosity, and work discipline with ethic on teacher performance in State Madrasah Aliyah throughout Malang Raya. uses a quantitative approach correlational type. The population consisted 224 teachers 144 samples (simple random sampling) who were given questionnaire.
