Merak and Bakauheni Ferry Ports are two port nodes for the - Crossing. Both main bridges connecting Java Island Sumatra Island. This research aims to analyze implementation of obligation tie vehicles (lashing gear) in loading space ships on crossing. The expected aim this study is determine suitability ministerial regulations. analysis utilizes three methods: (1) transportation board, (2) distance between vehicles, (3) vehicle tie-up officers. results state that crossing track still not accordance with procedures regulated Minister Transportation Regulation Number 115 2016 because there rules implemented during process transporting board There several lashing officers at Merak-Bakauheni who do have sufficient knowledge experience regarding technical regulations gear procedures. Therefore, it deemed necessary conduct regular training or socialization sessions.
