Implementing energy management is crucial in the fuel cell and battery or supercapacitor hybrid systems of ships. Traditional real-time strategies often struggle to adapt complex operating conditions; address this issue mitigate fluctuations during operations while extending lifespan lithium-ion batteries, paper proposes a two-layer system (EMS) based on prior knowledge ship operation. In first layer EMS, which operates offline, dynamic programming (DP) low-pass filtering (LPF) are used allocate power optimally for different typical conditions. Distribution results then train an SSA-BP neural network, creating offline strategy library. second layer, real-time, current load input into support vector machine (SVM) classify condition. The corresponding from library selected provide distribution recommendations state charge (SOC) batteries supercapacitors. proposed EMS was validated using cycles. demonstrate that, compared second-order filtering-based strategies, method reduces by 44% decreases degradation 28%. Furthermore, simulation closely align with optimization results, indicating that achieves near-optimal minimal computational overhead.
