Cloud
computing
has
transformed
digital
service
delivery
by
providing
scalable,
flexible
access
to
resources,
including
servers,
storage,
and
applications,
under
a
pay-per-use
model.
This
model
utilizes
geographically
distributed
data
centers
enhance
dynamically
adjust
Service
Level
Agreement
(SLA)
pricing
based
on
demand.
However,
effective
resource
allocation
strategies
remain
challenging,
especially
for
ensuring
low
latency
fast
execution
in
real-time
applications
interactive
services.
Increased
center
load
can
degrade
performance,
impacting
cost
productivity.
.
To
address
these
challenges,
we
developed
the
Intelligent
Validation
Broker
System
(IVCBS).
Uses
an
algorithm
classify
virtual
machine
(VM)
resources
match
them
with
users'
request
sizes,
relying
mathematical
aligned
trapezoidal
membership
function
fuzzy
logic.
reduces
rules
improves
decision-making
accuracy.
We
tested
11
types
of
AWS
General
Purpose
EC2
specifications
across
31
various
regions.
Implementing
comparing
IVCBS
traditional
method
through
two
policies—optimize
response
time
reconfigure
load—showed
that
optimized
policy
outperformed
terms
overall
time,
processing,
total
VM
cost.
addresses
scalability
performance
challenges
efficiently
assigning
VMs,
managing
workload
distribution,
preventing
overload.
Improving
average
servicing
maintains
high
quality
(QoS)
energy
optimization.
