This review comprehensively examines the diversity, mechanisms, clinical potential of natural Arg modulators, encompassing polyphenols, flavonoids, terpenoids. These bioactive compounds exert their modulatory effects on activity through multiple including direct enzyme interaction, regulation signaling pathways, modulation cellular metabolism.
