Several regulations in the aviation industry have been made by authorities to minimize incidents due language barriers; however, a more reasonable solution lies equipping prospective pilots with necessary skills target settings. Traditional second language acquisition (SLA) often lacks deep immersion in authentic environments, presenting high learning and resource challenges. To overcome this, we introduced "Language Urban Odyssey" (LUO), a serious game designed to offer an affordable practice environment. LUO combines Large Language Models (LLMs) with game-based learning, creating immersive interactive experience. Players interact AI-driven characters fictional city, leveraging ChatGPT 3.5's capabilities for simulating real use cultural diversity. This research investigates the profound effects of ChatGPT, an artificial intelligence (AI) language model, on domain aviation English. Within industry that places significant emphasis safety and accuracy, this study utilizes a qualitative case methodology to evaluate performance ChatGPT. There has been interactive conversation with ChatgGPT acting as air-traffic controller. The observations based instant responses chatbot following prompts demonstrated ChatGPT shows exceptional competence in conforming conventional phraseology throughout different flight stages, ranging from ground clearances landing, by using role-play situations.
