This paper investigates the feature requirements of a mobile application aimed at optimizing boat rental and fishing activities while addressing environmental socio-economic challenges in Labuhan Amuk, Karangasem, Bali. By synthesizing insights from contemporary research, study identifies core features such as real-time weather updates, GPS navigation, fish stock prediction, resource management, sustainability reporting. These functionalities are designed to enhance operational efficiency, ensure safety, promote eco-friendly practices among anglers fishermen. The proposed serve comprehensive baseline improve decision-making foster sustainable fisheries management. results highlight potential integrating these into single platform productivity, ensuring usability adaptability for diverse fishermen's literacy needs. Future work will focus on implementation field testing validate its impact.
