In our study, we prepared Fe3O4 nanoparticles (NPs) using food waste extract of Mealworm (Tenebrio molitor) larvae fed spinach (Spinacia oleracea), which is rich in iron. A coating was applied to NPs containing hyperbranched spermine-polyethylene glycol-folic acid (FHSPF) and (FSMPF). Polymer loaded with siRNA or DNA. DLS1, H-NMR, FTIR, EDX, Zeta potential TEM were used analyze morphology NPs. Biocompatibility, DNA release, gene transfer properties evaluated. Coats concentration increased zeta potential, encapsulation, delivery efficiency. As determined by cell viability, exhibit low cytotoxicity good compatibility; on the other hand, evaluated their ability into MCF-7 cells fluorescence microscopy flow cytometry. According this analysis, increasing improved a result assay, FHSPF2 showed high biocompatibility; demonstrated deliver siRNA-FAM breast cancer mice vivo, they also rated excellent for delivering tumor site external magnetic fields. Magnetic fields significantly cause adsorb at site.

Numerous studies highlight the significant negative externalities associated with meat consumption, necessitating a shift towards diets reduced intake. Given challenges in persuading individuals to reduce consumption their diet and low popularity of coercive policies, alternative proteins have been proposed as solution facilitate protein transition. This paper stresses risk that non-holistic analysis bear promoting suboptimal solutions, therefore need for multidimensional approach considering aspects such environmental performance, scalability, acceptability, animal welfare. For instance, food product exhibiting favourable performance but lacking scalability potential would likely minimal transformative impact on systems. Furthermore, supporting solutions generates an opportunity cost terms quantity reduced. Thus, it is crucial compare not only conventional also each other. In this analysis, plant-based meats single-cell emerge having greatest contributing sustainable Cultivated could contribute positively if finds unique market segment overcomes challenges. Insects demonstrate little promise should be considered given current state evidence.
