Abstract Maternal health is a significant aspect of global well-being, encompassing social, mental, and physical factors during both antenatal postnatal periods. The maternal mortality rate in Tanzania has decreased recent years because government interventions aimed at enhancing healthcare facilities the surrounding environment. This study investigates garden features with healing effects to assess users’ behavioural perspectives determining capacity for sustainable care. data were computed analysed from MMD MZRH, Mbeya, Tanzania. quantitative approach involving survey questionnaire, multiple regression analysis, SPSS 25-AMOS adopted analyse generate structural equation model which addresses (MH) care (AandPNC). Findings underscored three most indicators found be related (βGF = 0.227, p 0.000), perspective mothers (βBP 0.067, 0.001), (βAandPNC 0.246, 0.002), social affairs (βSA 0.092, 0.003) an explanatory power 55.7% (R2 0.557). advocates researchers adopt implementation strategies effective interventions, while policy-makers should establish networks enhance application findings hospitals, thereby improving
