This study aims to investigate the influence of digital economic literacy on teaching readiness, considering moderating role gender among students Economics Education Study Program in 2019 and 2020 at State University Surabaya. Keterbatasan dalam pembukuan, kesulitan menghitung harga pokok produk, menentukan keuntungan sesungguhnya, pajak yang harus dilaporkan dan dibayar serta modal usaha menjadi permasalahan dihadapi oleh UMKM di Kabupaten Bogor. Permasalahan ini dapat disebabkan tingkat pemahaman pengelolaan keuangan perpajakan masih minim, terbatasnya akses permodalan. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui menganalisis pengaruh literasi akuntansi, financial capital terhadap kinerja Diharapkan dari penelitian memberikan masukan bagi kabupaten Bogor pengurus forum didalam upaya meningkatkan UMKM, yaitu dengan pengembangan diri melalui peningkatan akuntansi/keuangan, tepat. menggunakan metode explanatory kuantitatif, Teknik analisis data uji regresi linier berganda pada sampel sebanyak 120 UMKM. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa rendah indikator omzet penjualan, keuntungan, jumlah pelanggan pegawai belum meningkat signifikan. Hal tersebut secara parsial dipengaruhi faktor akuntansi (keterampilan mencatat transaksi menyusun laporan rendah), (pemahaman keterampilan melaporkan rendah) (akses permodalan bantuan kredit Lembaga formal rendah). Dalam menghadapi era disrupsi teknologi digital mahasiswa akuntansi harus mempersiapkan diri dan memiliki kemampuan pada bidang profesi akuntan untuk mencapai kesuksesannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan menguji pengaruh keahlian akuntansi, literasi digital, manusia, adaptabilitas karir terhadap kesiapan kerja. Sumber data yang digunakan yaitu primer dilakukan secara online melalui google forms dengan menerapkan metode purposive sampling. Populasi penelitian mengambil sampel sebanyak 325 responden aktif sarjana di Pulau Sumatera. Teknik menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) berbasis alat analisis Partial Least Square (PLS) versi 4.0. Hasil mengindikasikan bahwa variabel positif signifikan kerja digital. Dengan demikian, hasil dapat menunjukan Sumatera akan lebih siap kerjanya jika didukung pemahaman dimiliki tersebut.

In the era of digital technology disruption, accounting students need to be prepared and have skills succeed in profession. This study aims examine impact skills, literacy, human literacy career adaptability on job readiness.
