The consumers are very much concerned about food safety. To ensure safe for the consumers, it is essential to follow pre harvest interval (PHI) of pesticides. Therefore, in order ascertain pre-harvest fenitrothion and diazinon hyacinth bean environmental conditions Bangladesh, this study was started. chosen organophosphorus insecticides (fenitrothion diazinon) were sprayed with recommended dose (1.5 ml/L water) a field trial at Entomology Division BARI, Gazipur. At 0, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 12 days after spray (DAS), samples taken. Gas chromatography (GC) Flame Thermionic Detector (FTD) used quantify residues prepared using modified Quick, Easy, Cheap, Effective, Rugged Safe (QuEChERS) extraction method. Fenitrothion residue found up 8 DAS, 7 DAS (0.018 mg/Kg), level above MRL. 0.007 mg/kg, which below Pre-harvest determined no 9 DAS. Diazinon MRL (0.016 mg/Kg). as 10 found. Asian Australas. J.
