Background: Several vaccines have been approved for use against Coronavirus and distributed globally in different regions. However, general community knowledge, attitudes, perceptions towards vaccinations are poorly understood. Aim: The aim of the study was to assess levels perception, attitude toward vaccine among nurse students. Methodology: Two hundred forty-three nursing students at University Sulaimani were recruited present a descriptive study. data collected through self-administrated questionnaire which includes participants' characteristics, infection its status, Knowledge regarding, perception of, sections. Statistic Package Social Science 24 software used statistical analysis. Results: Most participants 20 - years (70%), female almost (69%), single, lived dormitory (56.45%), had infection, immunized it (64.2%). knowledge poor nearly (45%), (70.7%) good (59.1%) positive vaccine. Among 11 non-vaccinated participants, three denied vaccinations as they offered vaccines. Fear score found (21.34/35) in vaccinated compared (19.09/35), although significant difference observed. Conclusion: Most Malaysians are knowledgeable about vaccination, have vaccine-preference vaccinated.
