Nutrition literacy is an important component of health and healthy eating behaviors. The aim this study was to determine the nutrition (NL) status white-collar employees its relationship with adherence Mediterranean diet, anthropometric measurements, lifestyle behaviors, including habits, dietary intake, physical activity level. This cross-sectional conducted 3459 aged 18–65 who lived in Türkiye. A questionnaire prepared by researchers used obtain information about demographic characteristics measurements participants. Evaluation Instrument Literacy on Adults (EINLA) assess NL, Diet Adherence Screener (MEDAS) diet quality, Quality Life Test Short Form-36 (SF-36) quality life. Data analysis using IBM SPSS Statistics 21.0 program. With average age 24.3 ± 10.5 years 50.7% women, women presented higher than men did (p < 0.001). Most participants held university or postgraduate degrees medium high income levels majority demonstrated sufficient NL.
