The main objective of this study is to develop a fuzzy‐based approach for building multistage, multiproduct, and multiperiod supply chain network (SCN) after before the COVID‐19 pandemic. proposed model optimizes production distribution planning under uncertainty in stochastic process network. designed help decision‐makers manage green (GSC) their organizations. It was developed using mixed‐integer linear programming (MILP) approach. aims maximize customer satisfaction pre‐ post‐COVID‐19 era by reducing total cost delivery time they face. also estimates production, asset locations, order allocation, inventory levels. Under uncertain conditions, new probabilistic MILP addresses SCN design (SCND) problem. two objectives are concepts ownership, activity‐based costing, just‐in‐time (JIT) production. model’s outputs include quantity goods purchased, produced, inventoried, delivered, transported selection suppliers COVID situation. Environmental consciousness is a multi-dimensional construct that encompasses several dimensions related to pro-environmental attitudes, beliefs and behaviours. The academic literature has attempted conceptualise operationalise environmental over the last 20 years, resulting in wide variety of measures. However, available measures are country-specific with predominant U.S. focus, based on convenience samples, rather limited terms interpretability external validity. To overcome these limitations, present study develops an index at both micro (consumer) macro (country) levels, taking into account four main consciousness: affective, cognitive, active dispositional dimensions. By analysing more than 27 000 "Eurobarometer 92.4" responses from consumers 28 EU Member States 2019, this paper comprehensive measure consumer captures heterogeneity across European countries. assess robustness index, link between life satisfaction also examined. compared big data-based using Google Trends data search categories. results show differences supported, line previous research area.
