Micro-pumps are widely used in biomedical equipment such as flow cytometry. In micro-flow systems, pumps usually the main tool and means to control rate of liquid. Controlling particle movement is always a difficult problem mixed fluid liquid particles. this paper, we propose new type photodynamic pump based on annular-core hollow-center fiber. The laser coupled into annular core by fused tapering optical fiber welding at cone point. A femtosecond processing system process microscopic holes side achieve injection. will converge form conical shell light field after passing through cone, speed particles increases field, thus forming pump. experimental results show that velocity with increase power low injection pressure. case constant power, independent pressure, controlled. It has important value application prospects for acceleration microfluidic chip systems cell manipulation sorting microbiological field.
