This study investigates the relationship between neighbourhood walkability, recreational walking, and physical activity well-being outcomes in Bangkok, Thailand. A cross-sectional survey was conducted with 881 residents from 50 districts Bangkok. The Neighbourhood Environment Walkability Scale-Abbreviated (NEWS-A) employed to assess walkability its association walking behaviour. Global Physical Activity Questionnaire (GPAQ) WHO-5 Well-Being Index were used explore links activity, well-being. findings reveal that environment characteristics significantly influence behaviour, high-rise planned neighbourhoods showing higher odds of compared unplanned neighbourhoods. Additionally, positively associated both achieving sufficient better scores. These suggest neighbourhood-level interventions aimed at promoting could be effective strategies for encouraging enhancing urban residents. recommends targeted, focused on creating supportive environments may more health broader city-wide design strategies.
