PCAT19, a long non-coding RNA, has attracted considerable attention due to its diverse roles in various malignancies. Non-coding RNA expression has shown to have cell type-specificity. The regulatory characteristics of these molecules are impacted by changes in their levels. We performed next-generation sequencing and examined small RNA-seq data obtained from 6 different types blood cells separated fluorescence-activated sorting severe COVID−19 patients healthy control donors. In addition examining the behavior piRNA SARS-CoV−2 infected patients, our aim was present a distinct differential portrait for each separate type. observed that depending on type cell, sorted (erythrocytes, monocytes, lymphocytes, eosinophils, basophils, neutrophils) altering patterns. After analyzing piRNAs set with COVID−19, we 3 significantly elevated - piR−33,123, piR−34,765, piR−43,768 9 downregulated erythrocytes. all 19 were upregulated. Monocytes presented larger amount statistically significant piRNA, 5 upregulated (piR−49039 piR−31623, piR−37213, piR−44721, piR−44720) 35 downregulated. COVID-19, a disease caused by the SARS-CoV-2 virus, poses significant threats to respiratory system and other vital organs. Long non-coding RNAs have emerged as influential epigenetic regulators promising biomarkers in ailments. The objective of this study was identify candidate lncRNAs SARS-CoV-2-positive individuals compared SARS-CoV-2-negative investigate their potential association with ARDS-CoV-2 (acute distress syndrome). Employing qRT-PCR, we meticulously examined expression profiles panel comprising 84 inflammation-related presenting upper infection symptoms, categorizing them into those testing negative or positive for SARS-CoV-2. Abstract Bombyx mori bidensovirus (BmBDV) is one of the most important pathogens silkworm. It mainly infects midgut cells silkworm and causes losses to sericulture industry. Long noncoding RNAs (lncRNAs) have been reported play an role in regulation antiviral immune response To explore whether lncRNAs are involved BmBDV infection silkworm, we performed a comparative transcriptome analysis identify mRNAs between infected noninfected larvae at early stage. A total 16,069 genes 974 candidate were identified, among which 142 messenger RNA (mRNAs) four differentially expressed (DE).
