This study explores the development and characterization of copper-based hydrogels synthesized using an electrodeposition method. Alginate chitosan were used as natural polymers, each with distinct structural functional characteristics. The conditions, such current density deposition time, systematically varied to investigate their effects on hydrogel morphology, cross-link mesh size. results showed that alginate-based form more extensive networks copper ions through interactions carboxylate groups, resulting in a higher density, whereas chitosan-based open structure. addition polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) was found modulate mechanical properties increase network's flexibility, expanding potential applications these hydrogels. Effective diffusion studies model molecules highlighted significant influence size permeability, demonstrating hydrogels' suitability for requiring precise control over molecular transport. A DoE (Design Experiments) approach further enabled systematic optimization parameters, ensuring reproducibility scalability achieving desired industrial biomedical applications.
