Background . Gestational Diabetes Mellitus (GDM) is a common disorder that getting special attention recently due to the unwanted outcomes it leaves on health of both women and their offspring. New approaches are being applied in order develop strategies prevent GDM its consequences metabolic physiological state. One factors have been thought be involved pathology behind this microbiome. Objective: determine current evidence regarding association maternal microbiota composition with gestational diabetes mellitus discuss possibility management using Material methods.
